About Katana Sushi & Hibachi

There is a certain rhythm to the way things come together here, steady, precise, and meant to be shared. At Katana Sushi & Hibachi, that approach is shaped by chefs trained in Japan, bringing a grounded sense of technique into a space that feels relaxed and welcoming. The menu moves between carefully prepared rolls, clean slices of sashimi, and hot plates like hibachi steak, offering something for both quick dinners and longer, social meals. Warm lighting, a lively bar, and quieter sushi counter seats create different ways to settle in, whether you are meeting friends or taking your time at the table.

We came in to celebrate our son's birthday and did not realize the hibachi is not table side. He was hungry so he was fine to skip the performance and eat. 😅 The meal was really good. The service was lovely. We will return.

Wow! Ordered the sushi deluxe: 10pcs chefs choice sushi & and spice tuna roll! The food was quick but the quality was top tier. Every piece tasted phenomenal and the sushi had huge pieces of fish with a perfect size piece of rice. Leaving full and satisfied! 👌💜🔥

My friend and I came here for an impromptu lunch and loved it! Our server, Cherry, was great and very helpful. The food presentation and quality was great and I would come again. I recommend the sushi, sashimi, and Crab Rangoons!

Had the most amazing lunch at Katana today. Our server Cherry gave great suggestions, clarified menu questions, and was so fast with our food! Food was in huge portions and everything was fresh and delicious!

I stumbled upon this Hibachi restaurant by accident. Lol. I thought it was the hibachi-style restaurant, but it’s not. They cook the food in the back and then bring it to your table. The food was seasoned very well. “Clear” soup was my favorite. Service was a 10. It’s a little pricey, but worth it!
